Thanks Steve, its all going well apart from the weather! Drive is rebuilt, hull is sanded up to the gunnels, replaced all the exhaust rubbers and transom fitting as it was totally shot. Just waiting for the weather now to get the paint on. Paid up until 9th september. Hope to be finished by then. Spent about 10 times as much as I planned to, but I dont suppose anyone will be surprised at that! lol.

The CD was a great help, thanks Colin, its no where near as complicated as I expected. Panic over..
